I would advice to go to a local doctor to have a look of the itchy and dry area .
You can go to a family doctor , he/she wil have a look, examine the outside area , the inside part of your anus and if it's necessary have a swab test .

Could be dermatitis, hemorroids problems ,infection.

Meanwhile I will write you some advices:
- Wash the area with warm water (will help the itching part) not hot
-Dont use toilet paper ( sometime makes the irritation worse ) , wash the area each time you have stools.Keep the area clean is very important .

- Dont use any soap perfume or spray or other chemicals ( they could be the reason of dermatitis )
-Use cotton underwear not wool
- Avoid constipation , avoid spicey food .
-After you wash the are ,dry it gently don't scratch.
Use some oil after you dry ( coconut oil have shown to be effective ).
According to the result of the examinations that your doctor will do , he /she will give you some other cream that will help more .
