Brief Answer:
Could be due to dehydration.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
First of all, amoxicillin and azithromycin antibiotics are not known to cause side effect like dry mouth. The reason could be something else.

I would like to know more details/history and whether you suffer from other illness/take any other treatment. I need those details to rule out conditions such as:

1) dehydration(mostly due to diarrhoea,fever,vomiting)
2) certain medications, including many over-the-counter drugs. Drugs used to treat depression, nerve pain (neuropathy) and anxiety, as well as some antihistamines, decongestants, certain bronchodilators), muscle relaxants and pain medications.
3) with ageing might also cause dry mouth because of concomitant illness.
4) damage to salivary glands
5) mouth breathing or smoking or tobacco chewing.

Treatment is mainly depend on the cause.

If it there is dehydration then she should be having water and electrolytes balance to replenish the store.

Consult your treating physician for further advise.
Thanks and Regards,
