Brief Answer:
It appears like age related presbyopia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

It seems from the history that you are having difficulty in reading and everything is appearing double.
This can be because of age related presbyopia. Presbyopia usually begins after 40 years of age and it is because of age related changes in the lens resulting in decreased accommodation of lens resulting in difficulty in reading.

The treatment of the condition is by use of spectacles to correct the presbyopia by using reading glasses or convex lenses.
The appropriate power required is determined by simple refraction testing.

Hence I advice you to consult optometrist or ophthalmologist for refraction testing and prescription of glasses.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
With regards
