Brief Answer:
On right medication, continue.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having ear infection with fever.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be ear drum infection secondary to respiratory tract infection of viral fever.

As such, viral fever is a self limiting, needs antibiotic course for complications (ear infection or pneumonia).

In my opinion, you are on right medication. please continue the same. I do not think you need to visit emergency room. It takes time (viral fever) to subside.

Dizzyness could be due to weakness. stomach upset is related to your antibiotic. take good oil free diet with plenty of fluids and water.

With that, take over the counter Tylenol for fever and pain twice daily, avoid water per ear, stop consuming freezer products. do steam inhalation.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
