Brief Answer:
Orthostatic hypotension

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
From your complains can be assumed that you have orthostatic hypotension.
I would advise you
1. to take more fluids
2. to eat small portions
3. to stand up slowly
4. to sleep with elevated head
5. to move your legs while standing
6. to exercise calf muscles before sitting up
Do all this during 5-7days, if there will be no relief in your symptoms, refer to your doctor for more serious tests

Wish you good health
