Bp is normal but if you are feeling dizzy cut down your dose

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to Health Care Magic.
My name is Dr Muhammad Ahmad & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way.

MY OPINION:
I understand your concern and being a Cardiology resident my self, i hope I will make you understand your treatment options clearly.

YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE:
Your blood pressure is NOT abnormally low it is in normal range. But still if you are having symptoms i will give you some options which will help you in getting rid of issues.

HEART RATE:
Metoprolol can cause slow heart and send you to bradycardia, if your heartbeat is below 60 i would suggest a similer patient of mine to cut down his dosage of Metoprolol from a half pill to a quarter pill this will help you.

ISOSORBIDE :
If beat is above 60 but Bp is low one can cut down it's dose to half and it should help you.
I will definitely suggest you to talk to doctor about dose adjustments if you can , i have given you my opinion.

You don''t have to panic until you feel dizzy or heart beat goes below 50 or your BP falls below 90 ..keep checking your BP and one can make drug adjustments

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
