What Causes Dizziness, Difficulty In Clearing Throat And Feeling Of Fullness Ear?

Question: Currently I am taking Omeprazole and Dymista Nasal spay. I thought I was feeling almost back to normal on Tuesday and wendesday of this week but today all the same symptoms are back. Dizzy, cannot clear my throat, and my ears feel like they have fluid in them. These are the main symptoms. My prescription calls for 30 days. I don't have the patience to wait it out. DO you suggest I make an appointment with my ENT as soon as possible to go to the next step in trying to figure out the problem?? Or do you have any other suggestions OR do my symptoms sound familiar to you?

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having chronic allergic Rhino-sinusitis with post nasal discharge (PND).
Yes your symptoms sound familiar .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray or rinse thrice daily ,
salt water gargles twice daily ,
Tab paracetamol twice daily ,
Antihistaminic Tab Claritin at night &
continue Omeprazole and Dymista Nasal spay .

You will get relief .

If you don't get relief in 5 days , then ENT consultation & Investigation like CT Scan Nose-sinuses to know extend of disease is needed.
