Brief Answer:
Calm, proper diet, rest and could sleep. Exercise and mindfulness

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

It might be important to check if you ate properly and if you slept or rested well the days before. Stress, lack of adequate sleep, poor diet are recurrent common causes of light headedness.

In case your blood pressure lately is ok and your blood glucose levels are fine, you need not bother.

I suggest you get adequate sleep, exercise properly, eat appropriately, especially vegetable rich and fruits and get some rest.

Have you ever thought of mindfulness sessions? Just getting some minutes and thinking of nothing in some calm and just imagining to watch air come in and go out your nostrils with closed eyes? It helps most persons when done regular even only for ten minutes and could be worth considering.

In case symptoms persist, which I strongly doubt they will, it might be worth visiting a doctor for clinical review.

Thanks and kind regards as wish you the best of health.
