Brief Answer:
Hypotension due to dehydration

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Looking at the symptoms and query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Dizziness along with tingling sensation is possibly due to hypotension.

2. Hypotension could be due to dehydration particularly associated with electrolyte imbalance.

3. Take plenty of fluids along with electoral powder. If you are not diabetic, glucose with fluids will be helpful in correcting dizziness.

4. If dizziness is increasing with change of posture like sleeping to standing, it is orthostatic hypotension. During episodes of dizziness, immediately sit down, as fracture or critical injury risk is present.

5. If you are not diabetic, not to worry about tingling.

As it is a single episode, not to worry. Take good amount of fluids with electrolytes like electoral powder.

Hope it helps.

Any further queries, happy to help again.

Take care.
