Question: I just got back from a cruise 2 days ago, I was wearing the seasick patch , now I am feeling dizzy like motion sickness for the past 2 days

This is probable side effect of patch which has sedative ingredients and if you had it for longer period it may cause dizziness and sleepiness several days after removal. It should subside, just avoid driving in next few days and drink plenty of fluids.
