Brief Answer:
Sequelae of the medications and old age and comorbidities

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. The dizziness and low blood pressure all due to the medications side effects. You are overusing it. I would really suggest reduction of dosages. Also the medication benicar is usually available in either 20 or 40 mg. If your blood pressure is going down that means its time to shuffle the dose of medications.

Talk to your doctor and let them help you in reducing doses . At age of 88 dose excretion is quite reduced from the body and doses should be adjusted and reduced to the possible levels. All your symptoms are due to medications and should resolve upon tapering the dose. All other comorbidities and old age are of course playing the role as well.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
