What Causes Dizziness And Disorientation?

default
Posted on Tue, 2 Sep 2014
Question: I was doing sit ups, I became VERY disoriented and dizzy, I rolled over on my side and it felt like the ceiling was moving towards me and away from me in a repetitive motion, I felt like my head was wobbling, though it was still and my eyes were frantically crossing and looking involuntarily in all directions, I just spent 4 days in the hospital and no answer.

Brief Answer:
Drops in blood pressure/sugar&/brain issues...

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

From the symptoms you are describing, it might be due to sudden drop in:
- blood pressure
- blood sugar levels.

Can you also provide the reports of your ct-scan on head as I need to analyze it myself. One possible cause might be masses in the brain that compresses the brain tissue and provoke dizziness when you had a moderate physical activity.

I understand your worries, but, if your doctor asked to run Ct-scan, it will take a while to get this test done and evaluate the changes noted (if any).

Wish fast recovery!
