What Causes Dizziness After Having Unwanted 72 Pill?

Question: My girlfriend had taken Unwanted 72 and initially she underwent a spell of dizziness. That seems to be ok now.But she has started vaginal bleeding? Is this a serious issue? How soon the bleeding stops? Does she require any other medicine to have the bleeding stopped?
