Question: What are the side effects of drinking white wine? I only have 1 glass and feel dizzy. Is it better for me to drink a small amount of gin and tonic instead? or l glass of red wine?

Go with GIN and not Red wine.

Hi,

If you are intolerant to white wine you may be intolerant to red wine as well. Both are the same except red wine has more plant compounds as they put seeds, skin and stems also while fermenting redwine.
I suggest you to go with GIN, see if you have any side effects.
