Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. XXXXXXX and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Disturbed sleep due to sleep apnea or anxiety and stress are common causes of tachycardia.
2. Ask your partner to observe your sleep. If you have snoring or gagging feeling, then your probably have sleep apnea. Sleep study will be necessary for further evaluation.
3. You need to relax. Anxiety and stress causes disturbed sleep, which results in waking up nervous and anxious. Probably nightmares. You need to reduce stress and while going to sleep, need to completely relax and clear your mind. If necessary, antianxiety medication like benzodiazepines may be taken.

You will need to meet your doctor for investigations and prescription.

Hope it helps.
