Brief Answer:
You should go immediately to emergency room...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking HCM!

After listening carefully your complaints I would like to suggest going immediately to emergency room in order to exclude serious (life threatening cardiac problems).

If you were my patient I would suggest to run the following examinations, in order to set the right diagnosis:
- ECG
- Cardiac ECHO
- Chest x ray
- Abdominal ECHO
- Blood chemistry & analysis.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you a fast recovery!
