What Causes Discomfort In The Pelvic Area And Tingling Sensation In The Penis?
Question: Hello Doctor I'm having discomfort around my pelvis and a little in my anus and their is some discomfort in my throat and a slight tingling sensation in my penis.The discomfort started after I sat down and used a public toilet.

I have gone through your question and i understand your concern .
Could be a urinary tract infection( urethritis ) or a penis infection .When people use public toilet ,if they a are not safe, you may get infection ( toilets diseases ), it's not a STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease).
I would recommend to do a urine test to check for bacteria and other sign of infection, Swab test , examine your prostate ( DRE) , examine your throat (sometimes when we don't wash the hands carefully, the bacteria from the public toilet may reach the throat) .According to the results your doctor will decide for the proper treatment ( antibiotics).
Meanwhile drink planty of water (at least 8 glases /day),wash your self with warm water , consume cranberry juice .
