Question: I'm having discomfort in anus area. Not real painful just bothersome. Feels like I need to wipe again? Can itch... Feels like stool is still there but it's not. Even after the soak in hot tub.

Brief Answer:
Early stage hemorhoids is a possibility other than parasitic infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Do you have hemorrhoids / abdominal pain? Do you have constipation issues or diarrhoea? Do you have hard stool or irregular bowel movements?

Early stage hemorrhoids will cause such itchy sensation and sensation of stickiness. I suggest a digital examination of the anal area to determine the nature of the problem. If you keep soaking in the hot tub without pain then the area may become dry and itch further. Unless you have pain and proven hemorrhoids do not use hot tubs.

You may use over the counter hemorrhoids anaesthetic cream like TRONOLANE till the time you see a local physician for digital rectal examination.

Hope this answers.
