Brief Answer:
Supportive care , needs work up and management.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Numbness and discomfort in feet mostly at end of work where line of work is mostly sitting on the driving seat and using feet for pedals and accelerators is likely a job side effect. I would suggest a break of 15 minutes after every 30 minutes where you mange to stretch your legs, stand straight and if possible lie down for a few minutes. Take some muscle relaxants and painkillers like advil. Take a day or two off and have complete rest. If the issue persists, consult a doctor, let them run some labs and tests to find out the cause of this neuropathy whether its a pinched nerve some where from spine to leg or some other neuropathy. Needs complete clinical correlation to sort it out further.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
