What Causes Discolored Spots On Breasts, Chest And Shoulder?

Question: Hello, I am a 25 year old female and I have notices these small discolored spots between my breasts and going up my chest and shoulders. They do not itch or hurt but I have notices some days some of them look dry. I believe it has spread or worsened over the last 3 months.

As per details, it seems that you are suffering from a condition called P.versicolor.
It is characterised by red colored asymptomatic scaly eruptions over body mainly involving chest and upper back.
It is caused by a fungus called Malasezzia furfur.
In such cases, I prefer to advise topical antifungals like clotrimazole cream and tablet fluconazole.
Keep the body clean and dry.
Hot and humid weather are precipitating factors.
