Question: Hi I've had a sore throat for 4 days. Every time I swallow food it feels like something heavy going down my throat. And whenever I drink something cold my chest hurts and it feels like I'm going to throw up but nothing comes out

In my opinion, you might be having reflux disease.
All symptoms are suggestive of gastritis. If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed proton pump inhibitors with prokinetcs drug for 2 weeks .
