What Causes Difficulty In Urination With A Histry Of Kidney Stone?

Question: Hi,

I passed a kidney stone in 2010 when I was pregnant with my daughter. Just today, I noticed that I was having trouble urinating - most likely and positively dehydrated. I just started taking 20mgs Adderall IR and 20mgs Adderall XR for my ADHD again - so having to remember to eat and drink enough. Anyway, noticed trouble today - started menstrual cycle yesterday which promptly went away (not pregnant) just like a spotting episode - could be due to the start of medication and being more active... had a mild burning sensation inside right wall of vagina, started drinking more - 64oz of gatorade and water and still could not pee more than a teaspoon at a time - all day. Around 10pm I took one of my husbands 875mg amoxicillin bc I was beginning to have severe pain and have 3 kids at home, he's a fireman on duty so could not go to ER. By 10:30, I was crippled over in pain - took 800mg Advil to help with pain - literally could not pee, moaning, crying, miserable - reminded me of child birth - terrible pain. I vomited 4 times until nothing was left - while I was hunched over vomiting I must have pushed a small amount of urine out... crawled back into bed. Had severe kidney-area pain on my right side (started at 10:30ish), calmed myself down, tried dozing off. Had to pee again - still drinking plenty - nothing came out and I was freezing cold so I took a quick bath - made me feel worse - got out, almost got sick again - while hunched over, noticed that I could push some pee out which was a relief since I basically had not gone all day. Calmed myself down, crawled back in bed - majority of pain in kidney area starting to subside. Ive since peed twice, had better results volume wise, leaps and bounds from where I was from...barely any pain now like nothing ever happened. My questions: could this have been a kidney stone or some sort of blockage? Even when I tried peeing on seat regular position - could just get a drip, pee hunched over, could get some... (although that sounds terrible!). Im still planning on going to the doctor tomorrow but the pain I had was so so so intense, it just could not have been just the uti that I may or may not even have.... any thoughts? Thanks.
