Brief Answer:
Nasal discharge

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query
White or clear Nasal discharge can be mucus or cerebrospinal fluid.
If you are having any nasal allergy and you can sniff back the discharge it is probably mucus. Take some anti allergic tablet and get a Xray paranasal sinuses done.
If there is any history of trauma or injury and you can't sniff back the discharge, it can be cerebrospinal fluid and it must be investigated immediately.
Please tell me what symptoms are you having rather than discharge or any other relevant information so that I can suggest you better.
Take care
Thanks and regards
