Question: I'm 5'2 and 1/2 and I weight 143 pounds. I have been going to the gym now almost daily for two weeks, the elliptical machine says I'm burning 500-600 calories everytime I go. I haven't lost any weight. This is very frustrating. I'm eating like I usually do (2000 calories/day), I don't understand why I'm not losing weight. In the past two years I've gained approximately 20 pounds, I really don't know what to do. My blood work is completely normal.
