Brief Answer:
Need investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through the details you have provided. Your father needs to be investigated for diarrhoea. My advise would be to get a colonoscopy done.
I would suggest to get some blood tests like blood sugar and hemoglobin levels done. At this age we need to rule out possibility of colorectal cancer.A colonoscopy will help determine the cause. I would suggest to consult a gastroenterologist to get it done
hope this helps
