Brief Answer:
Give plenty of fluids & observe the baby for signs of dehydration

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

The most common cause of loose motion(not mixed with blood or mucus) in this age is viral infection.
The main aim of management is giving plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration.
I would suggest you to give fluids(ORS) and to observe for signs of dehydration like decreased oral acceptance, decreased urinary output and excess lethargy or irritability.
If you notice any of these consult your doctor.
Giving 5 ml of Zinc(20 mg/5 ml)syrup once a day for 14 days and probiotic for 3-4 days will help in early recovery.
Avoid milk, juices, carbonated drink or high fiber diet.
I hope this helps.
Please ask me further if you have any more doubts.
Wish your baby speedy recovery.
Regards
