Brief Answer:
It is a normal variation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
At 15 months of age if your son is able to crawl properly then there is nothing to worry. Some of the children start independent walking by 18- 20 months of age. Soon he will able to stand with support. It is best to consult a pediatrician and get him examined for calcium or vitamin D 3 deficiency or bow legs. proper supplements will help him in standing and further walking. His body weight is within normal range. There is no need to worry.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
