Brief Answer:
Its normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Delayed periods or no periods are common after childbirth.
This is due to breastfeeding, which causes hormonal changes in the body leading to absence of periods.
You will resume your periods once your baby is weaned.
However, sometimes ovulation may occur during this period and pregnancy may occur if there is unprotected intercourse.
I will suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test, if there is any unprotected intercourse history.
No medical measures are required for this if the test is negative.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
