Sir thanks a lot.my gf is facing delayed period since 4 days and feeling unconscious,pain in lower abdomen from yesterday.in last mont her period delayed by 4 days also.and in this month same thing happened.till now she is feeling uneasyness and pain in lower abdomen.please suggest some medicine sir.

Here I would like to know if you had unprotected sex in last month, is she running fever or having burning sensation in urine?

there might be a possibility of pregnancy which you can check by urine pregnancy card test which can be done at home.

Another possibility is appendicitis or gastritis, Urine infection which can be ruled out by blood test like CBC, urine test and an ultrasound.

so in my opinion you should take her to a nearest doctor for physical examination and these tests if need arises.

further management depends upon examination findings and test reports.

Sir I have made 2 urine test one in night and one in today morning by first urine.and the both result is negative.and we didn't have complete sex in this month.only I touched her vagina with my penis and being scared I made test suggested by you twice and both are negative.she is feeling light pain and stretch above vagina.plz suggest

I would advise you to go for urine test for routine and microscopy test as well as culture and sensitivity test to rule out urine infection and an ultrasound to rule out appendicitis.

Urine pregnancy card test is not so reliable, it can be false negative, which can be cross checked by an transvaginal ultrasound to rule out cahnces of pregnancy.

looking at your description chances of appendicitis is less likely.
So I would advise her for urine test and ask her to have plenty of fluids.
she may require a course of antibiotics under supervision.

ask her to take hot fomentation by sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water
maintain good hygiene.
