Brief Answer:
A side effect of lupride acetate.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The delay in menses is common side effects after taking lupride acetate, 3injections. Also as you have genital TB, the treatment should be undertaken for at least 6 months and this too can be the reason for delay now for 3 months.

The next step is to get an ultrasound pelvis done and check for endometrial thickness which if less than 7mm then you can be offered a withdrawal bleed with progesterone and if still no bleed then an endometrial curettage shall be required to initiate a new cycle.

Hope I have answered your query.
