Brief Answer:
Penis grows till 19-20 years of age

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Growth of the penis continues to occur till age 19 to 20 years. You still have time for the growth to occur.
It is very unusual that the length of the penis decreases due to any cause or sexual intercourse.
You should take high protein diet and avoid unprotected intercourse ( to prevent any sexually transmitted disease) to promote penile growth.
Iwill suggest you to consult a urologist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly for the short penis.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
