Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to alcoholic hepatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
If you have been drinking alcohol and have developed dark colored urine, it is likely that you have alcoholic hepatitis. It would be good to get your liver function tested.
If it turns out to be abnormal, it would be advisable to see a doctor and have yourself examined and treated in addition to stopping alcohol.
Amoxicillin is an antibiotic which would treat common bacterial infections. It is not indicated in the treatment of alcoholic hepatitis.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be helpful.

Amoxicillin would help only if you have a bacterial infection.
You can get a urine culture and if there is a bacteria sensitive to Amoxicillin, you can take it and it would be helpful, otherwise no.
