Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query & i wish to help you regarding your concern.

However first I would like to have more clarity on your issue.

Do you have a history of acne? and are these black holes a result of previous acne? Or are you referring to bigger pore size and blackheads?

Can you upload an image of one side of face so that i can understand your concern better and guide you better?

Brief Answer:
I suggest a CROSS procedure for Icepick acne scars

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I have reviewed the Images.

You have Ice-Pick type of post-acne scaring.
The best way to improve is by a procedure i.e Chemical Reconstruction Of Skin Scaring Or CROSS technique.
In CROSS procedure, 80-100% Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) is applied directly to these pits with the help of a tooth pick and this induces wound healing and collagen remodeling process, thus improving the scar.
A series of 4-6 sessions may be required for a good result. A session is usually done once every 2-4 weeks.
The procedure is usually followed by crusting and scabbing at the site of treatment which usually falls off in a week.
Sun protection/ sunscreen is a must between treatment sessions so as to prevent post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for the needful.

Brief Answer:
Details regarding treatment of acne scars

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Unfortunately there is no home remedy or natural treatment to treat ice-pick type of acne scars.

Cost of treatment may vary from doctor to doctor. It may vary from 1 k - 3 k per session.
You would require a total of 3-4 sessions at an interval of 2 weeks between sessions.

Side effects are temporary and include scab formation at site of application of TCA. Scabs would fall off after a week.
Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation is also another side effect.

Regards
