Brief Answer:
Possible fungal/yeast infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

The most common problem in a woman that gives the symptoms of what you are explaining, is a fungal infection of the local area.

So my recommendation is to use Clotrimazole or Ketoconazole cream, twice/daily for 5-7 days.

If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a Physician/Dermatologist so they can examine the area and see for possible lesions which would require specific treatments.

Hope this is helpful.
Please let me know if you need more clarifications.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
