Brief Answer:
Inflammed esophageal mucosa causing irritant cough.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Most likely you have aspirated cedar vinegar(Instead of going in food pipe it went into breathing pipe).
However throat irritation and cough can also be due to irritation of esophageal musosa caused due to esophageal mucosa inflamaition.

As of now i would suggest you initially to go for X ray chest PA view to rule out if there is any lung nfection caused due to aspiration(Aspiration pneumonia). If its normal take Tab Nexium 20 mg twocec daily along with some antacid.
Antacid forms a small layer around the inflammed mucosa and prevent further irritation and inflammation.

Dont take spicy or ooly food for 4-5 days till mucosa is healed.Vitamin c and folic acid could also be taken for early healing of mucosal layer.

Regards.
