Question: I was unknowingly exposed to high levels of Ozone gas for about 10 hours. I temporarily smell Ozone when I go outside from my house for 30 seconds. I also experience pulses of the smell every 15 minutes that last for about 10 seconds. It is not an overpowering smell but it is very annoying. I also am coughing and I have moderate congestion.

Brief Answer:
ozone exposure is harmful

Detailed Answer:
Hello,Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic .
Ozone gas or O3,though has health benefits it also has a lot of toxic effects like any other toxic gas or chemical.
Usually the first aid in this toxic exposure depends on severity .
Since you are giving a long exposure time of 10 hours, and you are symptomatic Please go to a emergency room and get your oxygen levels checked.
If there is drop in the oxygen levels you will require 100% oxygen therapy .
I would suggest you to get to the Emergency room as soon as possible .
Hope this helps
Best wishes
