Brief Answer:
You are most probably having allergies which result into PND causing cough

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having
allergies which result into post nasal drip (PND) which causes cough .

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily like solspre nasal spray to clear mucus,
Antihistaminic Tab Claritin (Loratadine 10mg) at night to decrease production of mucus &
Tab Rantac twice daily before meal .

You will get relief .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.
