Brief Answer:
seems to be allergic rhinitis.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having sneezes with running nose. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any post nasal drip (sinus secretions dripping back into throat) ?
Is there any itching at roof of mouth or inside the ear canal ?

Kindly get back to me with the details.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be allergic rhinitis with acute pharyngitis secondary to post nasal drip.

As such, Allergic rhinitis is a chronic condition, can cause complications like sinusitis and polyp.

In my opinion, you need to see an ent surgeon, for evaluation and to know the degree of allergic rhinitis (absolute eosinophilic count, serum IgE), if necessary nasal endocopy (to confirm sinusitis/polyp).

In the mean time, stop consuming ice cream/freezer products, wear face mask while riding, avoid strong odors (deodorants/kitchen smells) and do steam inhalation and salt water gargling to clear blocked sinuses and relieve from congested throat .

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
