What Causes Constipation, Nausea And Vomiting During 10th Week Of Pregnancy?
Question: Hello Doctor - I am pregnant and currently in 10th week. Please tell me drug interactions for the below medications
1. DOXINATE(Doxylamine Succinate) - to treat nausea/vomiting
2. NATUROGEST - Progesterone tablets
3. DUPHALAC ORAL(lactulose 3.335g) - for constipation relief
a. I am taking all these at night time. Please make us clear about their drug interactions when taking them at a time and in case of such any, suggest us how to use them.
b. Also let us know can we continue the above mentioned group of medications till end of 3rd month.Please suggest
c. I am feeling very weakness/tiredness despite of having food. What to be done to overcome this. Please advice.
d. Already having migraine before pregnancy. Now, frequently it is recurring. how to control it. Advice Please.

Duphalac is to relieve constipation which is a common problem in pregnancy and can cause diarrhea if taken for long period of time.
Keep taking them as advised and can be taken till the end of 3rd month
This tired feeling is common in pregnancy and in case your hemoglobin is Normal nothing to worry.
Migraine headache increases in pregnancy so keep your meals scheduled properly and take tea and coffee as much as possible which will prevent headache and take as much rest as possible.
