Question: I HAVE ON AND OFF CONSTAPATION AND URINE URGE. WITH A LITTLE PAIN. ITS UNCOMFORTABLE. I THOUGHT I HAD KIDNEY stones SO I STARTED DRIKING LEMONADE AND IT SEEMS TO TAKE THE SYMTOMS AWAY TILL I EAT SOMETHING GREASY

Thanks for query .Based on the facts that you have posted constipation associated with urge for urination can be mostly due pressure of the loaded colon over ladder..

Drinking less water is the primary cause for having hard stools and getting constipation .Since the discomfort gets relieved after drinking lemonade which softens the stools helps to reduce the pressure over bladder and thereby urge for urination .

You need to consult qualified general Physician and get following basic tets done to establish diagnosis
1) Urine routine
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen to rule out kidney stone .

Make a routine to drink more water so as to keep well hydrated and avoid junk and fatty diet to prevent constipation
