What Causes Constant Pulsation In The Hand?

Question: Hi,
My left is hand arm is giving feeling of pumping. Is it serious??

By pumping do you mean pulsations ?
DO you notice any swelling in the affected hand ?
Is there any redness in the affected hand ?

No swelling or redness. Yes its like pulsating like heart beat

Usually pulsations are seen in association with inflammation. Since there is no swelling or redness which are typical signs of inflammation, there is no need to worry.

If the pulsations intensify, you may have to consult a Vascular surgeon. Who can perform detailed physical examination to rule out any sort of vascular malformations.
