Thick stringy phlegm collects at The junction of the nasal passages and throat almost every 2 or 3 hours.More at night in the lying down position.I am using Nasoclear saline drops and Flixonase spray sometimes. The problem is acute in Hyderabad's dry climate. The problem is almost absent when I am in any other city.I have tried Montelukas tabs with no relief.
