What Causes Constant Pain In The Shoulder?

Question: I am having pain in my Left Shoulder for a week now. I was playing with my younger brother and later the pain emerged and it becomes very difficult to lift my hand up straight. I feel pain only on the inner side of Shoulder socket.
Please advise,
Any X-ray suggested?

Also, any good doctor suggestions for physical examination.?

You could be having Biceps tendinitis.

This occurs when you try to lift weights and pains in front of the shoulder.

You can get Xray of the shoulder to look for any Acromioclavucicular arthritis or Impingement.

You could consult a Sports Medicine Specialist for your problem.

Apply ice pack twice a day. Take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days and Tablet Rabeprazole twice a day before meals for 5 days. Avoid lifting weights.

If the problem does not subside then you get physiotherapy and an MRI done.
