Brief Answer:
Different conditions are necessary to be considered.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Lightheadedness is a symptom that may be related to several conditions such dropping of blood pressure, low blood sugar, orthostatic hypotension, anemia, side effects of drugs etc.

It is necessary to provide more information if the lightheadedness is accompanied by other symptoms such vertigo ( inner eat dysfunction ), if it is triggered by body positions, if you use any medicaments, other health issues etc.

It is also necessary to get evaluated by your primary care Doctor about above mentioned conditions in order to narrow the possible conditions.

Treatment depends on cause.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
