Question: have had migraine type headache for 16 hours, severe irregular sharp pain on right temple over eye, slight dizziness and nausea. Have taken Ibuprofen 200mg every four hours , easing but not gone?

Well I need to ask you one thing , how do you know that it was a Migraine type headache ? Do you suffer from Migraine ? Or did it had it in the past ? Kindly let me know .

Well the site of pain and the description fits into Migraine but other conditions also needs to be considered like Sinusitis, Middle ear Infections or Brain problems.

I need more information like :

Do you have any pain in Ears ?
Do have you irritation to bright light or loud sound ?
Do you have Fever ?
