Question: Hello, i was having my lunch and had some walk after, i felt dizzy and this is the second time i have the same feeling in a week. i feel pain at back of my neck and also the lymph nodes are bit swollen at my neck and back my ears. I have to mention that i have some pain at my back at some points, and upper parts of the chest (muscles or bones not inside). i have some pain some time while drinking water, feel pain water going down my chest. the blood pressure i measured it many time, it was ok (126/80). i am over weight and currently eating healthy for one month. i have been for the last 3 years, losing and gaining weight. it is like each time i have some activity, i feel muscles tightened and feeling some dizziness. i did some blood tests and urine tests 2 months ago, it was ok. i did x-rays on my neck and lower back 1 month ago, it was ok so far as well. i visited a neurology a week ago, he said i need mri on my neck. but i dont know, if it is dangerous i should seek medical help or it is related to stress.

i forgot to mention, that i made 4 months ago a full ct scan on my stomach due to problem in my right kidney. it was ok so far, no big problem except right kidney was little bigger than left due the connection to the bladder is bit twisted.

Brief Answer:
The cause of your dizziness could be three--

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, welcome to HealthcareMagic,

The cause of your dizziness could be three--
Cervical spondylosis (not spondylitis which you have ruled out). It is due to tight muscles around neck.

Ears--since you have lymph nodes behind ears.
Acidity

First try Omeprazole 20 twice a day for 3 days.
If that does not help --- please get help from ENT doctor and take a course from him of Cinnarizine, Vertin.
Next try muscle relaxants to relax muscles of the spine.

And only if that does not work do an MRI--which is quite safe
