What Causes Constant Cramps In Both Left And Right Calf Muscles?

default
Posted on Fri, 2 May 2014
Question: I am getting almost constant cramps in both left and right calf muscles recently. Am waking up at night often now in severe cramp, typically of the right calf. Intermittent cramps, maybe once a month in the right calf have been going on for a long time, but now almost constant since I put flippers on to snorkel 4 weeks back. Cramps kicked in almost immediately and had to be pulled from water. I am male caucasian 50 years old next month. I walk 5-10 kilometres a day at work
