What Causes Constant Chills After Drinking?

default
Posted on Fri, 30 Jan 2015
Question: My son has been drinking all night. Went home and slept for about 4 to 5 hours before waking up experiencing chills and a hang over. That wasthis morning and it is evening here now. During the day he has been drinking lots of water, had a hyrolyte, panadol, a couple of slices of toast but is still experiencing the chills. Should we be concerned or will they pass by tomorrow.

Brief Answer:
They would pass!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Please, advise your son that alcohol in excesses is never great idea. It has severe consequences both in the short and long run. This is an attitude that must be stamped out. The symptoms would resolve spontaneously.

I hope this reassures you. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
