Brief Answer:
You should get the child examined by a pediatrician

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Can understand your concerns.

3 months child having congestion, vomiting and sneezing is a serious thing. There is possibility of pneumonia.

I suggest you to immediately take the child to doctor for examination. Home remedies will not help in such a small child.

It's very necessary to get the child examined by a pediatrician.

I hope this will help you.
Take care.
