Brief Answer:
Health assessment/ expert advise/ self help would help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Your problem of Menthol( cold ) feeling of lower legs can be due to-
- Exposure to cold atmosphere
- Physical problem like low thyroid, less blood supply to lower extremity- due to sever anemia, some vascular problem / pinching / compression of nerve supply to leg ( can be local compression, at femoral nerve near hip, at spinal level )
- Psychological unrest, stress, tension or depression.
* In this context you need a detailed evaluation of your problem. In my view you should consult your family physician first to get general check up, few investigations( blood Hb%, thyroid function tests. After getting primary impression he would either treat you / refer you to specialists ( physician, neurosurgeon, psychological counselor for expert advise .
The treatment given would be cause specific ( medicines.. iron, vitamin B12, anti depressive drugs, physiotherapy, surgery in nerve compression cases which do not respond with routine treatment. )
* self care-
- Avoid exposure to cold atmosphere/ cover yourself with warm clothes/
- Eat healthy nourishing diet with sufficient proteins( milk, soybean, nuts, eggs, fish, non vegetarian food )/ vitamins & minerals green vegetables, salads, fruits.
- Have regular exercises / walking , swimming, dancing .. to improve your circulation
- Sound sleep for 8 hours is good.
- Try mind concentration , meditation to control tensions & have positive attitude.
Self assessment with retrospective thinking of any psychological stress& try to find out the cause & any mistake on your part. If you find any .. try to correct it .

* Thus methodical assessment of the condition, expert advise & self determination would take you out of the problem.
I hope, you found the answer to be informative & useful Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
